I had a superb experience at this lovely resort. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Kumarakom's main attractions including the Bird Sanctuary and houseboat trips. The rooms were spacious and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond. However, the Wi-Fi only being available in common areas was a bit inconvenient, and my room lacked a dust bin.
